Lorraine Prenderville

Lorraine Prenderville is the founder and CEO of The Midlands Training Institute. Prior to founding The Midlands Training Institute in 2019, Lorraine had a seven-year long career working in the leisure industry as both a lifeguard and as a RLSS NPLQ Trainer/Assessor.

In an effort to fulfill her ultimate goal of working in emergency care, she moved away from full time work in the leisure industry in 2013 and went on to work as a health care assistant in The Bons Care Village after securing her qualification in Community and Health Services.

She continued progressing, gaining qualifications in Emergency Medical Technology and gaining employment with The National Ambulance Service as an Intermediate Care Operative.

After five years on the road as an Intermediate Care Operative she decided it was time to up-skill once more and gained her next qualification, a diploma in Emergency Medical Science which allowed her to register as a Paramedic with the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council. Since then, she has been gaining experience working front line with The National Ambulance Service responding to 999 calls daily and continually making attempts to further her education.
